Ideal Location and Comfortable Stay!

I had a really nice time. The location is very convenient, it is near the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. It makes getting around super easy. The area is beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed walking around after sightseeing. I also found a lovely bakery close by , made a quick snack possible!

The heating system did not work , I told the staff through WhatsApp, they promised they would fix it, but no one ever came. It was a bit cold living without heating during February.

Communication occurred primarily through WhatsApp, it was quick and efficient. I got answers fast. There were helpful notes cute me when I got to my room. It was a kind touch.

Really good Experience

The comfort and setup of the apartment was really good. Staff are often on site in the morning and very helpful. The room was super clean, and the kitchen was super clean too. I was impressed with how clean everything was. They even left welcome notes for me.

The heating system did not work. I reported the issue immediately via WhatsApp, but despite assurances, no one fixed the radiators .

The room had many nice extra touches. The door unlocking app was easy to use. Their team answered any queries over WhatsApp. The location was close to Museum Island and two U-Bahn stations. I would stay here again.

The heating system in the flat did not work. I reported the problem via WhatsApp, yet no one came to fix the radiators in the next three days. I had to live in a flat without heating.

i found the location very convenient near u-bahn and s-bahn stations , made travelling around easy the neighbourhood was peaceful with nice shops and a bakery nearby the apartment was comfortable and well-kept i liked having these local conveniences.

the heating system in the flat was not working properly i reported it right away via whatsapp however nobody came to fix the radiators for three days i lived in a flat without heating during february.
